Download the theme .ZIP file to your computer, then extract it. Make sure your unzipping application leaves the original folder structure within the .ZIP file unbroken. Afterwards, with the help of any FTP client you like, connect to your web server and create a new theme folder in the wp-content/themes/ folder provided by WordPress.
